Corona Virus Guidelines
Following the Government’s announcement on 19th December we regret Gibraltar Farm is unable to reopen 23-28 December The current restrictions state any travel should be avoided and social mixing restricted to just Christmas Day. We will reopen as soon as Boris tells us we can. We can’t wait to see you in 2021 keep safe! xx
Caravan and camping:
Customers will prebook and pay in full by debit card before they arrive. You will receive an email confirmation please keep this as a record of your booking. Please ensure we have a contact telephone number and your vehicle registration.
Check in for all customers is strictly between 2pm and 8pm, check out by 1pm.
There is no reception please wait outside the steward's caravan and we will show you to your pitch. If you require any help please phone Amy on 07760781929
Guests staying in caravans and motorhomes are encouraged to use their onboard facilities as much as possible. Campers can bring toilet tents with no extra charge.
No charging facility provided for phones or tablets.
Toilet and shower block:
Use face masks whenever possible when using the toilet and shower block.
Hand sanitiser stations are situated outside the toilet blocks, please use before and after going into the building. There is hot water and soap dispensers in the toilet block.
Please ensure social distancing keeping at least 1 metre apart from other guests.
Please spend as little time in the toilet and shower blocks as possible.
Children under 11 to be supervised by an adult. A maximum of 2 children per adult in the toilet block.
Sinks are ONLY to be used for washing hands, STRICTLY no cleaning teeth or washing faces. Teeth are to be cleaned inside tents with some water and a glass. The dirty water then disposed of down the grey waste drain NOT onto the grass or drinking water drains.
Only 1 person per family is allowed in the washing up area.
Please DO NOT put antibacterial wipes or baby wipes down the toilets or in the Elsan point. They block the septic tank pipes and break the pump. Use the bins provided.
After your stay leave no trace, please put all your rubbish in the bins provided.
